Returns, Refunds, & Deposits

  • All Alcohol and Delta 8 product sales are final and are non-refundable or exchangeable upon the completion of the purchase.

  • Items eligible for return are limited to items that are nonalcoholic due to; recalls or defects and must be returned to the store within 48 hours of purchase.

​

Proof of purchase is required (receipt or item logged on loyalty program under customer) for refund.

​

Refunds will be made at the discretion of Beer Goggles staff.  Cash, credit card refund, or in-store Gift Card.

All Kegs are the property of the brewery and are provided to customers as the device to transport and dispense the product. Below are the deposits and terms of these items. 

(Liquor stores are required to pay a deposit on kegs just as we require customers to do)

A deposit may be required to hold the keg or at the time of purchase

  • $50.00 for the keg or exchange an empty in good-condition keg shell.

  • Pony Keg Tap (plastic) $30.00

  • Party Tap (metal) $60.00

​

Deposit returns policy:

100% refund days 1-10

50% refund  days 11-20

0% refund 21 days or more

​

** Damages found to keg or tap upon return will be cause for forfeiture of deposit.

***Tap quantities on hand are not guaranteed and will be available to customers as "first come first served" 

 

Disputes or issues can be sent to management@beergogglesmhk.com, Customers need to include: their name, contact phone number, and dispute or issue. Ownership or management will contact you within 72 hours.
